Joseph Andress
Owner/Partner
Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Joseph served in the United States Marine Corps from 2013 to 2021 serving as a Machine-gunner and Infantry Squad Leader. Joseph deployed with the 11th and 13th Marine Expeditionary Units in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps achievement medal with two gold stars during his time in the Marines. Joseph was medically separated in 2021 and started Diesel Repair of Texas with his partner Philip in April of 2021.
Philip McCulloch
Owner/Partner
Philip was raised in Galveston, Texas where he grew up to become a United States Marine in 2006. He served until 2013 as a rifleman and Infantry Squad Leader, being deployed twice during Operation Iraqi Freedom and once during Operation Enduring Freedom. Philip is a decorated Marine having been awarded a Silver Star and 2 Purple Hearts. After his retirement from the Marine’s Philip became a successful entrepreneur in South Texas where he owns multiple business across varying industries. Partnering together with fellow veteran Joseph they opened Diesel Repair of Texas in April of 2021, a proudly owned and operated Veteran business in their community.
